What i would have liked to be different: -parking is 5 pounds/ day, which may not seem much, but there was no mention other than 'available on the premises'. -heating was centrally managed- at times too hot and others almost too cold. "Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the end of the process. So we had to make a couple of calls to the 24/7 helpline to clarify check-in which was annoying, although they were very helpful. We would definitely stay again as the rooms were fabulous, but for first-time guests the process should be clearer."
