โThe owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us to our event nearby. We had a very comfortable night; the rooms were clean with the usual facilities (tea and coffee) that youโd expect with bottled water and fresh milk provided in the fridge. The Inn is superbly located as just a few miles from Cambridge. A good choice of breakfast provided. Would definitely return. โ

โBeautiful and calm hotel... Basically, the hotel is well managed so is clean.
But, as like usual hotel in UK, the size of room is very small even with double size bed. โ

โBeautiful chic rooms, wonderful staff. Pillow menu with firm foam pillow option was amazing! I hate most hotel pillows but they nailed it. Parking was busy (Saturday) but luckily we got the last space. Lovely bar!โ
โ(Solo traveler) visited cambridge for business trip. You can never go wrong with ibis. It has the essentials. Not overwhelming not underwhelming. Good cafe and shops nearby. Great location. โ

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid.
