Being able to hire bikes are a wonderful option clients can take, can cycle to the city centre in 10 minutes. Spa facilities are good, very well maintained and clean. Would happily stay here again."

"A lovely hotel, restaurant and bar. Beautifully decorated and furnished with a great selection of artwork. Drinks before dinner in the spacious garden then the most delicious, beautifully presented food in the restaurant. Our room was spacious, well furnished and equipped - the air conditioning was very welcome! - with an equally spacious bathroom, lovely toiletries too. Delicious breakfast to end our stay - we have recommended The Chalk Hare to many friends, thoroughly enjoyed our stay last...

"Ideal for a 1 night stay. May need to explain that when they say ‘breakfast included’, its a basket including cereals, croissants, biscuits and yoghurt. Not actually a hot breakfast or a breakfast menu in the pub. Lovely staff. Nice and clean room."
