โService was satisfactory. Room was clean. But the location was not so good (next to the road and metro, so a bit noisy and air quality seems to be a bit affected).โ
โI really like my room which was quite big to my expectation. My room was very clean and hygiene and everything was available very fast at my on-call. really recommended property for Delhi people too.โ
โOverall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.โ
โIndian guests only. No foreigners allowed to stay. No mention of this on Expedia website. No explanation offered or given by receptionist staff as they didnโt know.
Unable to stay and was relocated to another Fabhotel called Marble Arch which was in a very unsafe area and run down/dirty. Staff tried best to accommodate but it wasnโt their problem. It was FabHotel Galaxy.
Fabhotel said they it was problem of Expedia who left out important information about โno foreign guestsโ. I question this...
