โThe staff is very attentive.
Front desk very efficient.
There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother...
โOverall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.โ
โNever book this hotel online. I repeat never book this hotel online. They don't honor booking and won't let you check in even after you show them the confirmation of reservation.โ
โUpon arrival, the unhelpful staff announced that my booking doesnโt exist. The place itself seems messed up. There was construction going on. There was shady vibes all around. Definitely not suitable for family. It good to be booked as Oyo on hourly ratesโ
โThey were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800.
They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience.

โWe were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotelsโ
