"This hotel was supposed to be non smoking. We even had to agree that we would be charged if we smoked. The room next to us you could smell the Marijuana coming from that room. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. The rooms smelled musty and the rooms need to be updated. Our room you could push the door open without using the key card. We did notify the staff and it was fixed. "

"The toilet kept stopping up with barely any tissue in it, The t.v wasn’t working properly during the whole stay. The Air conditioner gives off a weird smell like it needs a new filter. The phone in the room to call the front desk was not working.The room stink and it was no other rooms available. "

"I accidentally made a duplicate reservation and canceled the second one, which was obviously unnecessary. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund due to their policies. The mistake lasted only about five minutes and didn’t cause any issue or block the room I had selected. Even so, they kept the full amount ($600). It would have been simple to refund the money back to my card, especially since the other reservation was used. Very disappointing, honestly."
