โOverall, good hotel and satisfied about ky experience in staying but this time, we had a broken hair dryer but their response is very poor as like not trying to understand guest situation and low service mind except this point , good breakfast and clean beds.โ

Just an overall positive experience from the moment you walk in the lobby. Iโll only be staying here whenever I visit Yerevan. โ
โHotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy.
However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.โ
