โOverall, good hotel and satisfied about ky experience in staying but this time, we had a broken hair dryer but their response is very poor as like not trying to understand guest situation and low service mind except this point , good breakfast and clean beds.โ
โAmazing hotel! Great location. Spacious rooms. Staff is so helpful! They did everything to make sure I had the best experience. They even helped me book a nail appointment and pay for taxi when I didnโt have change (thank you Alfred๐). Definitely coming back soon โ
โOnly there 1 night but we were impressed with the quality of this hotel, surpassing already high expectations. We had dinner in the restaurant as well and the food was quite good. Definitely on the pricier side so we were happy to catch a night that was more reasonably priced. โ
