"I had booked this hotel especially for the ability to dine in the restaurant, as we had completed a 10 hour drive en-route to the UK from Sweden. On arrival we were surprised to be told that the restaurant was closed for a local festival. Why were we not informed that before booking? Therefore we were told that we should travel to the neighbouring town to get a meal! Unbelievable really. The next issue was that our room was uncomfortably hot. Note: to others, rooms here do not have air conditioning! I asked reception if they might have a fan to use, we were abruptly told no. A hot night then it was for us. Everything else was fine. "

"There is no kettle in the room. Went to front desk and asked. They don’t have any. Went to restaurant to eat and a super long wait for the food for everyone in the restaurant … not just me… I went there around 5:30 and didn’t leave the restaurant till close to 8. Staff mentioned it’s a busy day. The room is tiny and the design of the sliding door between toilet and sink is very inconvenient The weekend breakfast is at 7:30 which is too late "
