Rivertrees was a lovely start to our exploration of Tanzania. It is located in Arusha less than a ten minute drive from the town and the National Park gate. Our first ever game drive was organized by the hotel and was very productive and exciting. They also organized transport for us from the airport and to our next property. Great staff

Mount Meru is a step back in time. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was extremely kind. We needed a late check out and they were wonderful with that. The dinner was delicious. The breakfast leaves with more to desire although they did have an omlet station which was great. There was plenty of hot water for 3 women to take consecutive showers. I would definitely come back and stay.

We felt very welcome at Kaswende Farm. Family Kaswende was very hospitable, the farm is a beautiful place a few km away from the main road, between mount Meru and mount Kilimanjaro.

With such a low daily cost, I was worried it would be minimal. But to my pleasant surprise, the room I was given was very modern looking. It had its own bathroom, and plugs for charging along with strong WiFi. Nice comfortable queen sized bed and a bunk bed. Deborah and her husband were very attentive hosts.
