“Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing.
However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place.
At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the...

“I cannot speak highly enough of this Hotel. Our stay was enhanced by the ambience, the welcome we received and the service was exceptional. A most relaxing and enjoyable experience in a house that is so steeped in history, but so comforrable. Can't wait to visit again. Highly recomnended. Thank you Robina and Val. ”
