"The room was clean. There was no hot water in the morning. Something in the bathroom (hot water heater??) was leaking. When had the shower running to try and get hot water, it leaked out of the stall. Soap dispenser was basically empty. Location has conveniences but was a little less than safe feeling. Bad smell in the hallway of our floor. Would not stay again."

"Check-in was super easy and fast with the self check-in system. The hotel is very trendy and nice. The room was spacious, clean, and nice. The breakfast was truly fantastic, with a very large selection of allergy friendly food as well. We did not have time to try out the spa, but we certainly will the next time we stay at the Hub.
