The room is clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. Have a souvenir shop in the hotel which was convenient. We love the outdoor space where the kids can play and run there!

The hotel is a little remote but right next to ski so it’s suitable for ski trip. We came here at the summer but we still had a lot of fun strolling around the hotel area e.g. the Ningle Terrace and Wind Garden. The hot spring public bath was excellent, the souvenir shop offered a lot of variety of goods too. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come here again in the winter for ski!

A beautiful resort surrounded by nature and one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The setting is peaceful, with easy access to Furano’s attractions, forests, onsen and walking trails. Waking up to the mountain views was a treat every morning. The hotel has a classic resort feel, a bit dated fixtures for the rooms but with good facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Not that near the hub of ‘town’ but all within short driving range.

Ningle Terrace is right behind the hotel and beautiful at night when it lights up in the snow. It was really easy to get to the hotel with a direct bus from the train station. The room was big and spacious, very comfortable to stay in!

The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from Furano town, tucked away in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by nature. It was so relaxing to wake up to the beautiful mountain views right from our room. The onsen was super soothing after a day of exploring! It does get a bit crowded in the evening, so I’d recommend going later at night if you want a quieter time. The whole area is really calm and picturesque, perfect for winding down. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Furano!
