If you want a stay with a real local feel, this is definitely the place. From the moment we checked in with Marsha, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. After a long day of driving, it was nice that she was able to help us find local food and shopping. The amenities were nice; air worked, beds were comfortable, shower was clean. Thank you for taking care of us, Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. If we're ever back out that way, you can bet we'll stay with you. Side note: the price is way more than fair.

Super clean room at the edge of the tiny town of Ash Fork! A refreshing stop on the journey with trees and fresh air and a beautiful country location. The room was comfortable with lots of light, hot water, a refrigerator, an enormous tv and parking right outside the door. It's right off the interstate but feels rural. Southwestern skies above and a museum about the area right next door. A great spot to let the city go and feel relaxed on an interstate journey!

From the outside the property looks to be an older facility, but the room was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet place. Staff was very nice. We had a very comfortable stay. We will be staying there again when and if we come back through

Good place to stay. The rooms are quite charming. Had an old nostalgic feel. The fridge, microwave, and TV were unplugged. I didn't realize the fridge was unplugged until the next morning so my drinks were not cold when I checked out. The main thing was the chirping birds at 6 am. They were loud and I couldn't sleep after they woke me up. All in all, nice place to stay and the staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty, there where flying bugs in the room. The floors were gross. No amenities what so ever, no soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion. You are just paying for a bed, dont expect much. At least they are dog friendly.

The reseption looks nice. We got to our room and it looked nice, untill we took a deeper look. The pillows and bed had a lot of hair on them. The extra towels and blanket hade different stains where blood was one of them. And we found a white stain on the blanket we were supposed to sleep with. The bathroom had no locks, and was tiny.
