The bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient. The door didn't lock properly. The place was being remodeled so check-in wasn't in a nice area. The check-in people were very hard to understand.

The property just feels off. The room was clean . However the walls need to be patched and painted. There was no iron ,ironing board, ice bucket . The faucet was falling apart in the shower and there were stains on the shower curtain. Come on people, do better.

Staff was attentive. The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet.

Great motel for the price

Great owner. Easy check in. People who do not like the owner were probably tenants that did not respect the property. Great employees. Multicultural staff that is helpful and makes any person feel welcome. Easy access to food and the mall. Bars are within walking distance if you are in town for work and need to relax. Have stayed multiple times.

The room coffee machine was broken, was advertised as "breakfast included" it was not. The "hot water" was warm at best and came from a faucet that felt like it was going to break off in my hand. It is located in a good location. however it seems that the owner is just letting maintenance go, from my experience and other reviews.

Upon arrival, no one at the office, spoke to someone over a door bell, change room 3 times untill i got a decent room. Previous room had broken lock, wholes through out the walls and pretty much cigarettes smell. Bad customer service from the owners. However I complement and thanks only Jose a staff member which was very helpful.

We understand that they were under construction but the space for registration was very small. The room had chipping paint on the walls and doors. The lamps were rusty. The coffee maker and the microwave were filthy. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The towels were scratchy, old and stained. On the positive side the sheets looked new and clean.

The low price shows

The room smelled of stale cigarettes. If it was a smoking room, the clerk should have said so when she assigned me a room. The bedside clock did not work. There was no clerk available when my key card wouldn’t work on the second day and I had to get help from the cleaning crew. A picture on the wall had a broken frame. The bed was comfortable enough and I guess it was a pleasant surprise that the room had DirecTV.

The hot water didn't work. I called and after insisting for several minutes, the receptionist went to check the furnace up and told me that it wasn’t working and, MAYBE, if I waited THIRTY MINUTES, the water could be hot eventually. The room was dirty, the bedspread had holes. Nobody was available at the reception, that whole ⁷area was closed. No breakfast available. Horrible experience. For $75, I am sure you can find something decent. Don't book this hotel. The only reason why I gave 2 stars to staff is because the cleaning ladies were so nice, tried their best and ONLY the owner is the one to blame.

I appreciated the value, but I do have couple comments: - I was given I nice room which hidden in the back and probably quieter than the rest (appreciate) - good value for the price and the bed sheets were freshly cleaned - the Fridge was big but noisy - the hotel was near the highway (rout 26) which is convenient but occasional trucks noise - water pressure adequate - no breakfast and in room coffee machine was dirty and broken (Starbucks was across the parking lot) - fast food choices are abundant and within walking distance - WIFI robust and free. I can see that the owners are trying hard to please. I would recommend it for budget travelers, but if you need more, that may not be the best option if you’re willing to pay double the rate!

The location was nice but the room only had 1 towel for 3 people, a broken tv, the shower knob was nearly broken, and they falsely advertise continental breakfast included. They had no breakfast.
