Nothing to like. Bed Linens were not changed. Used shampoo (trash) were lying on the tub. Toilet papers were not replaced. Used soap was left inside the cup of water. Entrance gates were open all night (No security). Would NOT come back to this hotel.

We booked this property for the location and the pool. Upon check-in we inquired where was the pool located was told it was closed for the past 3 weeks due to insurance. Our room smelled musty and the bedspread was full of cigarettes holes. The bathroom was missing some tile. Just grungy looking only had a half roll of TP and no spare.The ac took until our 2nd full night to reach temperature to start to cycle off. Staff was friendly but for the price next time we will stay elsewhere. It was just mediocre.

So first off the property said it was pet friendly, which is the only reason we booked it cause we were traveling with our dogs. When we checked in the staff member seemed annoyed that we had dogs, stating that he had a full house of people that night. Then we get told our room is in this separate building to the right from the main lobby check in building. When we get over to that building there was no lock to the door you just walk right in. It felt very sketchy and unsafe. Definitely would not recommend for any women traveling alone there. There was also people hanging around outside the building that seemed to not even be staying there. When we walked into the hallway of the building we were hit with a straight up marijuana smell. When we finally got in our room the shower was dirty and the knobs on the sink came off when we tried to turn them on. Would not stay here again!

Not recommended
We will not be coming back. Check out time stated on Hotels.com was before noon. However, at check in hotel staff said it had to be at 11. In the room, the pillow case had mold on it. The facilities are too old. Laundry room was just awful, the whole floor smelled sooo bad. The washing machine and dryer are so old we were worried about cleanliness. We took some breakfast and ate it outdoors at a picnic area they have on the side of the property. The hotel manager told my husband we took a lot of food to the room and it wasn’t allowed because they have cockroaches😱😱😱

My card key didn't work a couple times because the front desk person forgot to tell me to not put it in my wallet with credit cards. I was getting ice from the machine and instead of ice, a candy wrapper came out into my water bottle. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pool was closed and the property has seen better days.

Decided to break our travel up at the last min and this hotel wasn’t open far off our path. Staff at night was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and had decent amenities. Could’ve had more fruit options for breakfast but there was a waffle maker!

Great stay!
This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Ac was quiet. There was a nice hot breakfast. Check in was quick and friendly young lady there.

The people across from us had dogs even though clearly stated we weren’t allowed to have them the whole entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke and most of the fixtures in our room were non-functioning including one of the lights in the bathroom in the sink.

Great place
We were in town for a wedding and made a reservation early at another hotel but made it for 1 night not 2. We had to find a room quickly & make a 4:00 wedding. They were so helpful getting us checked in and the room was very comfortable & clean.

The office was not connected to the part of the hotel we stayed in. The office employee was nice but, not very professional looking. I thought I was about have a drug deal exchange. The room itself was in good condition. It had a microwave and a frig. Bed was clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin, you could hear the conversation in the other room and hallway. The bathroom was nice. Parking lot was well lit. Pool was closed and the common grounds needs a lot work.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. People across all rooms were moaning and shouting. Door locks are old. Bathroom is upgraded but shower head is as old as it gets. Terrible shower head. Needs to be changed.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at. Stains on the carpet along the whole hallway, and Dingy rooms, holes in blankets and shower falling apart. Hallway and filthy staircase smelled moldy. I took pictures and would love the opportunity to share them.

Price was good and location near Biltmore was the biggest attraction to picking this place. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. However, exterior entrance door to our corridor was totally knocked out and anyone that wanted access had access. Safety was questionable. Exterior was not well maintained. We wondered if we were in the correct location based on exterior, poor signage and the drive through of private condominiums. Breakfast consisted of 2 Sunny D drinks, a pack of Muffins, a banana, a granola bar and a water. We probably would stay again if we could not find reasonable priced room at another location. Ownership needs to invest some money to correct these issues.

Bed was comfortable but that was about all the good I can say. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the shower curtain rod was sagging in the middle! The handicap handles were screwed to the shower walls in a standard shower run combo. Bathroom was poorly lit. The property was sketchy at best. Last time staying here! The breakfast was a paper sack with a water, a muffin, a granola bar and a small bottle of Sunny D. Disappointed is all I can say.

Ok for an old hotel
Needs updating pretty bad but it was a decent place. Jacuzzi room had a smell to it other than the smoking room. Furniture needs updating beds were ok. People were friendly especially the girl at night, very helpful

Dont book here!
This place is working as a shelter, which is OK, but i believe that guest should know before booking and guest should decide to book or not book. This was a weekend trip to visit my grandmother and took my special needs 7 yr old daughter, i would have not booked there if I knew the environment I had to put my little girl in. I paid for 3 nights but only stayed one because of it. Called to get a refund and reason why should get a refund and The call kept being dropped with out a resolution. Also when booking, it says a full hot breakfast is included. But thats is false. They are only providing a brown paper bag per person, 0 nutrition value.

When I booked, it said Breakfast. Instead we get bag breakfast. Then while unloading our car, witnessed a drug drop by a guy that works for you on something upstairs. Then ther was a water stain in the bathroom ceiling. Was loud. On Sunday when we were using the shower, there was no hot water and no water pressure. The restrooms at the check in areas a were locked and out of order. This is unacceptible for the price paid for this room.

Your life is in jeopardy.,
This hotel let's scetchy people hang in the hall ways parking lots and they approach you begging for money. You have to watch your car. Once you are in your room ..you stay and lick up. The heat in room sucks. It has two settings.. freeze or weld. It is not what they advertise online. Bad experience and I finally had to make a complaint which is not my practice.

Being a grandmother traveling with her two granddaughters I didn’t particularly feel safe there when I realized just anyone could enter the building without a key card. Saw several what I thought shady looking characters not far from hotel and got worried when I realized they could just enter the building. Will try very hard to not stay there again when traveling back to Asheville.
