This is a nice studio-style room with a big bed and a full kitchen, and it's in a good location - right across the river from the River Arts district. (It's also right across the street from the New Belgium brewery, which is a mixed bag: great if the brewery is open, but also a bit loud as trucks move in and out overnight.) Self check-in was easy: I just called the River Row flats number and they sent me a very detailed email with all of the info I needed for getting into the room (access code, wifi info, etc.). Checking out was simple as well: all we had to do was start the dishwasher and head out.

I really enjoyed the building as well as the modern room and beautiful view. The Greenway and river were just across the street with great restaurants and galleries within walking distance.

Clean and Spacious

Very clean and modern rental. Having a separate AC unit for our apartment was a big selling point for air quality. Additionally the location was perfect right across from New Belgium Brewing.

New and spacious .

This place is new and spacious. Ground floor units have no view and that was disappointing. Also I wished for more shelving in bath room for personal items. Entire bath layout is weird with lots a wasted space. Entry door was sticking in a warped frame which got worse over the three day stay. I’m sure a little WD-40 would solve the issue. The New Belgium Brewery directly across the street offers great craft beers and a Smoked Meat Wagon has great food options! A real family atmosphere on weekends was evident.

Very nice and spacious efficiency type room. This property is new and very nicely designed. Conveniently located to brewery and River Arts District. Full kitchen is very nice. Some issues we encountered are no elevator to 2nd and 3rd floor rooms, ran out of hot water within seconds both nights we were there. Could not fill tub or take a hot shower. Heard the guests in room above walking and everything else. Not enough sound insulation between floors. No deadbolt to lock door. Only combination lock which others could open with combination. Overall good spot, especially for the great price but some issues which we hope the management will address.
