A frequent flyer at this location. Love the outdoor space that replaced the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful as usual. Only complaints are my neighbors were loud, and my bathroom floor and shower were dirty.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel more than at any other I've visited. The staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful. The trees and atmosphere around the buildings were pleasant. The room itself was clean and spacious. I used the laundry room and it was clean and spacious as well. I felt comfortable there for 9 days, and if I need a motel in Black Mountain again I would see if this one had a vacancy.

I did not stay for breakfast; I had.to be.on the road before it opened. When I stayed there over a year ago, the room smelled fresh. This time it did not. Huge plus is that you can charge your phone on the lamp.

Great weekend stay

Fast and friendly check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. An older hotel but seems to be kept up. Breakfast is just muffins and coffee is around the clock. Cameras everywhere which made me feel safe. The only downfall was the pool not being available.

I felt safe here which is a big thing for me. Staff were friendly and room was mostly clean. Lots of dust but I think that’s to be expected in a motel? Only thing I didn’t care for is at the online check in for the room they listed continental breakfast. What they had was not continental breakfast. It was a grab and go. They had packaged muffins and juice. They should probably reword that. Great stay over all for the price and I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in the area!
