The checking in late and frozen dinners helped us a lot after long day of hiking. The room was clean and bathroom was functional. It's located close to a park entrance but we had to drive for more than hour to get there from Crystal Lodge where the gondolas are. Even though Expedia says that breakfast is included, that's not the case. There's a cafe next door though. Overall it was good place to take a hot shower and crash. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Staff were very kind and helpful, room was clean. No elevator nor offer of lifting heavy luggage to the second floor. No breakfast ... which they say has not happened in the past 4 years. Was very close to the park and bonus was seeing a group of 15-20 elk just down from the lodging.

I love how family friendly, welcoming, and cozy the lodge is. We spent at least an hour or two playing games by the fire. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable.
