“Gerrards Cross is basically small town. You can't expect much on small but cozy hotel. Anyway, there are some part of the room have a room for improvement, but not bad.”

“Nicely located in the centre of Woburn with its own car park. The only issue is you are wedded to your mobile phone is that mobile signal strength is very poor (I’m on EE). But the hotel has free WiFi and Woburn itself is served by fibre optic cables to the premises. ”

“3 of us booked single rooms for a stay while seeing Iron Maiden at Knebworth. Didn't want to drive from Sheffield and back the same day as the show. We had left it late to book rooms and this was the lowest priced place anywhere within an hour's drive of the gig. Evening meal was excellent, with lots of choices and drinks well priced (actually lower priced than our local pub). Breakfast also good quality and well priced. Staff very helpful. “As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!”

“Clean room but in need of refurbishing. Very hot during our visit so appreciated the fan but would have been more comfortable if the windows had opened fully. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water but shower control face missing. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold offerings.”
