“Very good scenery, enjoyable zip line and comfortable room”

“Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

“Great location in downtown Blue Ridge. We enjoyed the roof top bar at sunset to end our busy days. The first clerk who checked us in was very personable and helpful. The property was clean and maintained! We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property again if in the area.”

“My wife and I went and stayed at one of the cabins. The cabin had everything you will need. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The stayed was great. The only regret was we wish it had been longer. I recommend this place to anyone.”

“The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross.”
