"We’re able to park near the main entry which was nice since we are older. We were put in a handicap accessible room which was totally unnecessary as we are able older people. "

The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was spotless, and the towels were stocked and they had full shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles in the shower. This was our 3rd hotel of the weekend, and it was by FAR the best... thank you to everyone from management to cleaning staff to the cooks for making our stay wonderful!"

"Light switches needed cleaned Lots of different smells… not good ones (Stale/incense/smoke) Wall was dirty in bathroom and faucet needs replaced"

"We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience. "
