"We had a very hard time getting access to the hotel from the main entrance to the hotel. I had to walk in to get the QR codes. The man, older guy, did not seem to car. He said thelat because we booked with a 3rd party we would not get an email with the code. My husband has a heart condition and he walked forever to find the main entrance. The sign on the road points to the parking garage NOT the main entrance. You need to fix that. Crazy bad first impression. Carolina at the reception the next day was very helpful. Maria Quigley"

"Fantastic location; large room; large bed... ... Everything else was mediocre. Way below the quality you should expect from an expensive 4 star hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, cooked food lukewarm, pastries tasteless. Bar service at pool not existent. Difficult to get clean towels for the pool. (I am not being difficult, I have left a 5 star review to the other gotel we stayed in Lisbon) I will not go back (not at those prices)"

"This has been my most wonderful hotel experience so far. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is amazing and the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious! I wanted a quiet place to unwind and just relax by a pool for a couple days after being in the road for few weeks on a road trip and I couldn’t have found a better place. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them. This place is a gem 💎"

"Beautiful building and swimming pool a short walk up hill from the old town. The breakfast was spectacular. My room was very small with only a bed a very small table and side chair but the common areas in the hotel were spacious and empty. The staff was very nice."

"Air conditioning didn't work. I asked in the reception if there was a problem with the air conditioner and they said that was fine. I opened the window to have some fresh air. The mini fridge was disconnected, and only two plugs available, so if I wanted to charger my phone and used the fridge I have to unplug the TV."
