The property is in a lovely location, as long as you have transport. Our only complaint was being in the ground floor there was significant noise from the lobby which kept us awake. The outdoor pool was a little chilly and the indoor pool incurred a significant supplement. Breakfast was nice.

Good hotel at a great location

Great large hotel with large clean rooms. Location is amazing !! Recommend to book with spa included (just need to check the hours when kids are allowed). Grounds are beautiful Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing for such a large facility. It was very basic and small.

Stunning hotel, location and great facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff in the reception desk were always so polite and helpful. So much for young children to do including and outdoor park (bit out dated but still brilliant!) An out door walk in pool, which is perfect for the younger children to splash in. An indoor play area, as well as large grounds to play around in, you can also use their onsite bikes to take around the grounds for no charge. They also provide footballs, kids golf and archary. The breakfast was stunning, and a great selection of food available. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The restaurant food was beautiful, espeixally the sausage ragu, but it was pricy. Only issue was, make sure you book in the evening, as twice we were told it was full, even though we were guests. The hotel is a 15min drive into Assisi. We'll definitely be staying again. Thank you.

The hotel was as described, good rooms , plenty of space and a very nice bathroom , the hotel staff were very nice , nothing seemed to be a problem. The pool area was really nice , the big swimming pool looking onto Assisi was wonderful. The bar are was small and functional with plenty of choices for drinks. The spa which myself and wife used was perfectly adequate ( both had back massages, while we have both had better these were good). All in all the hotel was perfectly adequate for visiting Assisi. There is a new restaurant 5 minutes by car away , Cantonese style , it’s called “ Moon “ give it a try , 5 stars . The negatives on the hotel - we took a taxi to Assisi for dinner , four of us and it was about 4/5 km , maybe about 10 minutes in the taxi this was 70 euro return , this is the price now which I thought too expensive. The hotel also claims to be a “ golf resort “ I use this very liberally because it’s not . The girl at the desk unfortunately did “ not have a clue about golf “ , her words not mine . This is pretty strange as it claims to have a golf course. It has a driving range and a nine hole pitch and putt course. Let me be frank if you play or have played golf do not use these facilities. In fact if you fancy playing golf please don’t . The course is a disgrace , It is a serious of run down holes which you play from astro turf which is not fit for purpose and you hit onto a green of Astro turf which is as run down as I’ve seen . The fairways are indescriba

Great stay

Our second 14 nights stay. We had deluxe room. It is spacious, excellent bed and big flat-tv. Everything is so easy and relax in this hotel. The only wish is that the breakfast would be better. The proberty is large and beautiful. You can easily make a long walk in the hotel area. Coming again.

Unhelpful staff on reception upon arrival (not a warm welcome and no help with the baggage). No air-con as advertised as it was switched off (the Director did try to rectify this after our complaint and it worked for a bit but then went off again). On the second day of our stay, there was a terrible smell on the first floor from the drains. All in all a bit disappointing.

Se cercate un resort raffinato, elegante, con staff educato e disponibile, immerso nel verde e che offre relax e ottimo cibo, il resort Valle di Assisi è ciò che fa per voi. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti nella camera deluxe. La cura nei dettagli è ciò che distingue il resort. Camera finemente sistemata, pulizia e ordine ovunque, ciò che viene fornito nei bagni ed di ottima qualità. Il punto di forza del resort è sicuramente la spa, non sembra nemmeno di essere in un resort vista la grandezza. Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo rilassati talmente tanto da aver riposato durante il percorso. Parliamo della colazione, un buffet che tutt’ora rimpiangiamo, frutta, yogurt, ottime torte e crostate, colazione salata., centrifughe ecc.. tutto gestito dal personale in maniera impeccabile e soprattutto garbato. Speriamo di tornare nuovamente, consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano del relax di soggiornare, non ve ne pentirete Nota di merito ai campi di golf padel e tennis, a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Ps per il titolare: l’unico neo durante il soggiorno è stato il suo “richiamo “ al personale durante la colazione in merito a futili motivi. Scrivo qui per ricordarle che ha uno staff molto umano, attento e disponibile, qualora avesse da far loro un appunto lo faccia con più umanità e in un luogo opportuno! Per il resto che dire, attendiamo con ansia la prossima estate!
