“We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was delightful and we slept very well. Dinner both nights was outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer to try out more of the menu ! Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and also delicious. Would definitely return. ”

The estate is beautiful and peaceful, with an impressive manor setting. Check-in was smooth, though parking can be a long walk—use the drop-off if needed. “The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. The staff were absolutely super though and the food was amazing. We ate in the Thai restaurant one evening which was great. Also the Oak Restaurant and again the food was super -...

“This is a great find, well thought out with lots of nice detail and touches such as generous sized towels, nice shower products and comfy mattresses. They even provide hair straighteners. My only small criticism is that the blinds don’t block out much light, and the waterproof mattress cover makes the sheets slide about and come completely off the bed during the night. But overall, really good and recommended.”
