Check in was easy and smooth. The room was very clean. The toilet had its own room. Same with the excellent shower. Staff was excellent. They had free lockers where you could keep your luggage until check in time. Our only complaint was that they would not store our luggage after we checked out.

Great place! Super friendly, kind staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location high on the mountain. In room onsen was nice for a quick private soak. The forest and rooftop public onsen were lovely and uncrowded. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay. The family room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel.
