Good place no choice feel as you in gail

Nice place and good stuff but I booked 3 days because there’s no transport or taxi and no paid service for connecting or visiting other places I feel im not free and i contact with reception to cancel the third night no buddy answer me or give me any help ( no super market no good food or choices)

عدم الرضى عن تقديم الخدمه

لم نتوقع الفندق بهذا المستوى ابدا من ناحية الخدمة الاستقبال لم يتم تزويدنا بالمعلومات الكافية خلال إقامتنا من ناحية عدم وجود كُواية الملابس او أسعار الغسيل والكوي بالغرفة وعدم وجود إبريق الشائ وبعد الطلب قدم لنا واحد قديم والأقطار الصباح الاكل غير نظيف بالمرة وعند طلب شراء الماء في كفتريا الخارجي طلب منا موظف الاستقبال الذهاب الي داخل الإستعلامات لأخذ الماء وللاسف يمر علينا عربية الجولف لاناس معينين والغير يمشي للشاظئ مشي وعدم اهتمام غير يوم الخروج من الفندق طلب منا انزوا المناشف من الغرفة لتسليمها لاستقبال والغريب يصدر الكلام من مسؤول الاستقبال غير استاذمحمدالذي كان موجود في الاستقبال في قمة والذوق والاحترام يوم تم استقبالنا.له كل التقدير والشكر

- Food was very good - Acquapark was good but not spacious - hotel location is far from Sokhna it is nearly in . - room view was very good. - Swimming pools were good but water was cold, mi and my children could not bear it. - hotel price is relatively higher than others with the same category. - parking is free and available.

سئ جدا VERY BAD HOTEL NOT ADVISE ANY ONE TO VISIT

فندق سيء جدا هدفهم كيف ياخذوا منك فلوس بالرغم من دفعي قبل الوصول دفعت 1200 ج اضافية بحجه الاطفال بالرغم اعمارهم 4/7 سنوات , موظفين الاستقبال مستفزين جدا , الاكل غير ادمي اصلا . this hotel very bad , they planne how to take money from u , the foods was bad and not for homan they take from me 1200 le extra all the amount i paid 7600le like this hote i think 1000 le are right not 7600le very bad i advise not visit .
