Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Severe Safety Risks, Misrepresentation, Illegal ID Retention, and Unacceptable Conditions I strongly advise all travelers and families to avoid Porto Sokhna Chalets. What was advertised and booked as a standard hotel stay turned out to be an unmonitored apartment setup run by aggressive third-party brokers. This stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish: Illegal Retention of Personal Documents: Management and brokers illegally withheld official identity documents, including my daughter's residence card and our passports, forcing us to take temporary "broker cards" instead. Harassment of Children: On-site private security guards actively harassed my young children, causing extreme distress to my family. Bait & Switch & Check-In Nightmare: We booked a hotel room, but ended up in an apartment after a chaotic, hostile check-in process. No Running Water: During our stay, the water was completely cut off, leaving us without basic, essential running water. Hazardous Obstructions: Staff dropped a massive boxed washing machine right in the middle of our narrow hallway/entryway. It blocked the walkway completely, making it difficult and hazardous to even move around the unit. Missing Essentials: The unit lacked basic necessities like towels and blankets. This establishment operates with zero professional standards and poses a serious safety concern for families. We had no choice but to leave. I am demanding a full refund
