“This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. One person in our group did not have power in their room for about 16 hours overnight , until staff remembered shewas supposed to get an extra card to use for electricity. “This was a great hotel! The staff are very polite and helpful. The resort is so incredibly clean and well maintained. It’s part of three hotels to make a resort which means you have access to four pools and an on-site shop. The main town strip is a short walk away where you can also get transport to other parts of the island.
