“Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. Despite bringing the pest issue to their attention, there was no proper response or serious effort to address the problem....

“예약했던 방보다 훨씬 좋은 클래스의 방으로 주셔서 바다가 보이는 2층 룸에서 정말 꿈같은 하루를 보냈다. 호텔의 프라이빗 비치가 별도로 있고 방에서 바라보는 바다는 정말 그 어느 사진보다 훌륭하다 석식은 30유로 뷔페인데 좋은 퀄리티이다 한국인을 비롯한 동양인이 별로 없다는 점도 나름 매력적”

“I had a lovely time here, the room was spacious and comfortable. The Receptionist, Stephanie was so welcoming and helpful, she is an absolute credit to the place. Location is great, you have access to the other two sister resorts, so you can use their pools, have your breakfast buffet at any of them. There is varied enterment going on most nights. Access to the beach is doen some steps, the sand is yellow powdery and the water is glorious. Clear and sandy/ shallow, no rocks. Sunsets from...

“Overall a lovely resort and enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and rooms were beautiful. A few small things which we found were worth a mention. The buggies made a loud beeping noise which woke us up most mornings and we did hear it at night too as they drove by. The half board menu was very limited with only one choice for dessert and starter and 2 mains to choose from. The breakfast buffet however was excellent.”
