"All was good "

"Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location: We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before our flight back to New York, mainly because of its rooftop and advertised views of the Acropolis. The location is excellent—very central and convenient—and the hotel itself has beautiful décor, stylish wallpaper, and nice fixtures. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was extremely loud construction noise that made it impossible to rest after check-in. After traveling from Santorini, we were exhausted and specifically chose this hotel to relax, so this was very frustrating. I did call the front desk about the noise, but we were not offered any upgrade or room change. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working, and we couldn’t close the window due to the heat, which made the noise problem even worse. The bathroom also had an issue with the shower drain. Water accumulated quickly and overflowed into the toilet area, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel looks nice and is in a great location, the lack of basic comfort and resolution to these issues made our stay far from what we expected."

"Clean room friendly staff"

"Really great hotel, very nice restaurant. Our problem was the airport shuttle. The very reason we selected this hotel. On arrival in Athens we had called and were told the shuttle schedule. It did not seem convenient so we took a taxi- 30E. We checked in at 5 pm, told them we needed to reserve space on the 7:30 am shuttle and were told it was full, as was the 6:30 am shuttle, but we could go at 5:30! A large airport hotel with a shuttle that runs once an hour and apparently was small. So another taxi- 30E! When we checked out another man had called a taxi because he also could not use the shuttle."

"Great location.nice view"

"I was so impressive with the level of service from all the staff at Electra Rhythm, from the free room upgrade at check-in, to knowing which table I liked to sit at for breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean with daily housekeepers and a turn down service every night, with a little chocolate left on my pillow. The location is superb, however I did find having a front facing room did mean I heard some noise from the street, but it wasn’t too much of a disturbance. I would absolutely visit this hotel again."

"A very good property could do with a refresh . Also some rugs in the room would go a long way . Rooms are very noisy so having carpets would be a good idea . Otherwise a good hotel "
