Perfect place for a vacation IN local culture, not just a hotel isolated from locals. Kitchenette could use a toaster oven or some heating appliance for food.

Greece Trip.

It is definitely off the beaten path and quite, well except when the neighborhood dogs start barking. It is about 1.2km from the beach area, which is a good journey especially, if you take the wrong road, like we did. Taxi drivers complained about driving up the road, hard to turn around.
Electrical Tape on the TV cord, a bit scary.
Hot Water Kettle was dirty, had to soak it overnight and scrape off what ever someone cooked in there.
Plus water was left in the water kettle, who knows for how long.
Instructions said to turn on Number 1 for Water Heater, Unfortunately there was No Visible Numbers

Its was 30min walk from the ocean and you can only go at the apartment with a taxi! But the service was excellent, driver really nice and he explained me where i can go! Thank you

It needs a remodel. An internet booster and a new mattress. We left and went to a new hotel down the street after walking in. If they remodel it, it would be fine. It takes 30 min to walk to the water from here too. Sorry. Hopefully they will make some changes and you will have a better experience.

It’s advertised as a house like apartment but it’s 3 separate buildings. The one we booked had no stove, tiny fridge, and no cooking appliances. Also does not help that there are no restaurants nearby and only one grocery store (with which you cannot cook anything). WiFi was down the entire time and was told it was the wifi people’s fault but if you look at other reviews it’s happened for months. Room is tiny, don’t expect space to put your luggage. It is NOT “by the sea and airport”. You’ll have to take a $60 taxi to go to each destination. Also cannot contact the owner at all. There’s a “management” company which I’m pretty sure is just his wife, he just can’t take blame for his dump of a property. We left early because it was a horrible experience and requested a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. I wasn’t expected a yes, but I didn’t get anything. Just “I’ll contact the owner.” 2 days later and still no response. Save your money and energy. Only book this place if you have only one night you need to stay. Otherwise, stay away from this dump. (There is an actual pile of trash and junk that people pick from as you enter.)

If you are on a budget and only need a place to sleep, this property may meet your needs. But don't expect much. The property is not near the sea nor near the airport. The pictures in the listing are a bit misleading. Anticipate a 25 Euro taxi ride to/from the airport, and about 50 Euro to/from to the main sites in Athens (ie Acropolis). On a hot day, it isn't a convenient walk from the beaches or restaurants. Rent a car or be prepared for high transportation costs. The property is also located in an uninspiring neighborhood. When you turn off the main street to go to this property, there is a big pile of garbage. It says "offers direct beachfront access, a sun terrace, and a lush garden", but this is a significant overstatement. Garden views means looking at some plants, and a fully equipped kitchen but without some necessary supplies. Inside the property, it was clean with few amenities. The photos they show are a compilation of three units, so depending on the unit, it may or may not match the photos. The shower was difficult to use, as when you lift it above your head, the water would stop flowing, so you needed to keep the shower head low to the ground. There is no microwave, so if you plan to use the kitchen to heat up left-overs, be prepared to need to use the stove top to do a simple reheat. What was the most frustrating is the unit lists A/C, however, the unit is small and in the hot summer was barely able to cool the bedroom.

Affordable but driver came late so we had to wait about half an hour we stayed just one night from 11pm to 5am because we needed to find as close as possible from the airport but it seems like quite far from airport took more than 20min to get there but kindly driver pick us up and Also back to the airport Again he was friendly and nice but he asked 5more Euros to extra charges from transportation so i paid 30Euro for just going there and back so reminds u have to add the transportation fee because there is no way u can get there with the bus or metro just recommend u for spending a night for plane and all that bed was not clean but again its cheap so i wouldnt complian

Farrr from the beach, don't know why there are pictures of the water on the site. 20 minute drive from the airport, atleast. Not much natural light at all. Nice outdoor space. If you're planning on cooking, brings your own supplies. There is not even salt, pepper or oil in the flat. If you're looking for a rood over your head, it does a great job. More than that, I suggest looking for a more functional and spacey place?

Due to traffic, very far from everything. Happy that the owner arranged transport to and from airport but we did have to pay heavily for it. We are used to the status of air conditioning in Europe, but this AC unit leaked water all over my things and when we contacted the manager about this he never responded. We were also surprised and unhappy to discover we couldn’t flush toilet paper. Again, we are familiar with this in some parts of Europe but for a private residence that should be advertised. We requested more toilet paper and the manager said he would deliver some before we arrived back to the property but he did not. Rather, he unlocked and entered the property without warning or asking while we were sleeping/going to sleep. We are two young women so this felt like a violation of privacy. And he still did not deliver the toilet paper. We aren’t sure what he did while he was there.

This property was deceiving on their description. This location is away from the airport, not near the sea and limited taxis come here. My husband I had to hitch a ride to get back to our room. The bathroom still had shampoos on the floor from the last stay. There was no toilet paper and there was no hot water. The bed was super uncomfortable. Never again

It was too far from the beach that it stayed it will be near and the property is too far from anything to do, you either need a car to travel or walk in heavy conditions for a long time to get to society and the bed was uncomfortable and certain things were very tacky.

Horrível, não indico a ninguém, o lugar é no meio do nada. Se você não fechar transfer com ela fica difícil de chamar táxi ou qualquer coisa porque não tem nada ao redor, apenas floresta. Não indico a ninguém!

Desonestos..não reembolsaram o valor

O estabelcimento não informou que eu teria que entrar em contato avisando da chegada. Ao chegar no local, não havia ninguém no estabelecimento.. fiquei uns 30 minitos esperando aparecer alguem.. Local isolado de tudo, fica bem longe da praia, o local parece estar abandonada. Tive que sair de lá e ir procurar um outro hotel
