Pleasant stay. Expedia site had to remove free breakfast from the hotel provision list. They stopped providing free breakfast long back. However, the staff provided some milk and apples for my kids to manage.

The room was clean enough for one night stay. There is no breakfast and no airport shuttle. The lady called the driver for me but he was still in bed and would not drive me to the airport.

We were stuck in Atlanta overnight due to a cancelled flight connection. We had no carry-on luggage as it was all checked and being held for our rebooked flight. We ordered from a nearby pizza shop and had it delivered. The room was clean enough and the HVAC unit worked great. They don’t have coffee in the room but they had it in ready in the lobby area and it was fine. This is an older hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was the main reason we stayed there. We booked online for an economical room that had shuttle service. Overall they get 3 stars mainly because the staff was excellent, otherwise it would have been 2 stars for the actual property itself.

I was a bit sketchy pulling in but it was safe for me and my kids. It was clean and comfortable. Came back to beds made and new towels. None of our personal belongings were touched . Staff was nice and helpful. I would book here again . It was affordable and good for us to shower , eat and sleep.

Would stay again for this price.

The place is pretty run down but they are remodeling it. The staff were very helpful, even helping me with my suitcases. It was clean and the beds were good. Quiet too. This will be a nice place when it gets gussied up. I would stay again. Only problem was the shuttle stops at midnight and my flight was delayed so I had to take an uber which effectively added $40 to my bill.

Exceptional Service!

It was a very short stay just to gain rest before a trip, but the service was truly phenomenal. The guy at the desk through the night was professional, courteous, kind, funny, considerate, and took the entire place to a new level. I would return simply because that guh kmew how to treat customers.

Online claims they have an airport shuttle, which technically they do, however, the last shuttle leaves the airport at 11:30, not midnight as online stated. You have to request the shuttle which it does not state online. The hotel STANK! The entire lobby and hall smelled like marijuana! Carpet was not only ugly but discusting. Room seemed clean enough and bed was fine, but it is OBVIOUS that it is an old building and they have been "putting too much lipstick on that old ugly pig"!!! Patch/repair DIY jobs ALL over. The spiget in the tub PULLED OUT FROM THE WALL when I went to turn the shower on. Tub seemed clean but like everything else had obviously been patched several times.

We stayed in this hotel many times because of location convenience. Every time there was either no lights in bathroom, either door locks in bathroom and you can't open it from inside. Last time we found out too late when someone decided to take a shower, that ceiling above bathtub collapsed to bathtub. When we left, we requested refund, but they said to us that it was our fault that we didn't say it right away. We didn't see in time! So, I send email to manager and in one week still there is no response. Resend again. No any "we are sorry" even.

Awful hotel in bad area. Didn’t feel safe. Bed was metal springs. No towels. No trash can. Slept in clothes and wooly hat as cold and only a sheet on bed. Would have left but no other airport room available.
