Nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and up to date. No complaints at all aside from get the cookies when you can. They seem to run out😂

Found a ball of hair on the floor of our room. Also spotted a few ants in the room. House keeping gave us a bath cloth with red stains on it which was mind blowing. Only positive from this hotel is the kind lady (Diane at the desk) & the hotel’s closeness to essential stores.

This was our 3rd stay in 2023 excellent staff nice room and great location. Above all make sure you include breakfast in your room because it is awesome.

Everything was great, the receptionist was very polite and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was great also.

One night stay
Excellent place to stay. Only downfall is the pocket door to the bathroom. Ours was hard to move out of the pocket. The staff was very friendly. That means a lot.

The property was nice but if you ever get room 114 don't expect to get a good night's sleep, because it's located next to the kitchen and they make no effort to keep quiet and start their food prep at like between 4 and 5 in the morning and you can forget sleep after that. All the front desk had to say was " Sorry, have a nice day". Worst hotel stay ever.

Good property
This was a quick overnight for a couple business meetings. I don't travel like I used to, but I typically prefer Hilton products. This was a well run hotel with pleasant staff and good facilities.

Ms. Dianne is a jewel. Even though I was unable to check in early, her personality was warm and friendly. She was welcoming and accommodating every step of the way. Even though I had to wait, she provided me with water, the warm chocolate chip cookie and smile. She was very apologetic, and sometimes those are the words that you need to hear. I was extremely tired but I was willing to wait because of her care, comfort, and concern for me during my stay.

Outstanding service
The service from the staff was amazing. Dianne always go above and beyond when I stay. I wish there was better lighting in the room. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Shower pressure was terrible. Couldn’t even rinse the shampoo from my hair. Did not put extra toilet paper in Bathroom and had to get a roll from the front desk. No free breakfast. Charging $17 for a hotel breakfast with sub par food is ridiculous.

I won’t be back….
We arrived at the hotel at 2am so we were exhausted and ready to go to bed. When we entered, the male employee was talking on his phone, which is not a huge issue but apparently it caused him to make a mistake! We were given the wrong room number and of course the card was not working to the room. The other person that was inside of the room was upset and I don’t blame them. When we informed the front desk about the mistake he immediately got an attitude as if we were in the wrong. Stay off the phone and you wouldn’t have trouble mixing up room numbers! We were beyond irritated because we were put in an unsafe situation.

Our biggest problem was with Expedia. We booked that hotel 45 minutes before checking in. When we arrived we were told that particular type of room was overbooked. I have worked in hotels and get the system. This was not a failure for Hilton, it was a failure for Expedia.

For the price, i was expecting more than a slightly better motel 6. The room, 312 was dirty. The tv didn't work. The floors in the hallway were slanted. The bed was so uncomfortable that my wife couldn't sleep. The check in was good. The person was very nice an professional. But this was a bad stay.

i didnt even stay firts they didnt open the door. the shower where use already by somebody else. i was there only for 10 min and i left the property. leave the key in the desk and it was no body there. i have to get the key to times because the person didnt active correct.

Despite calling front desk and informing them that the shower was leaking water into the room thus needing extra floor towels to deal with the leaking. Housekeeping would steadfastly take all the extra towels each day. we had to call front desk daily to ask for more towels. Secondly the state of repair in the room was sub standard. the Shower flooring was peeling away and would stick to your feet when leaving the shower. the Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.
