Our staff did the best to control the noise level by informing parents as well as coaches of the quiet hours after 11pm-7am.We will look into the hot water timer and temperature of the guestrooms as well. Thank you for your feedback about your encounter during the AHR conference. Due to the booking through a third party channel, the property did follow the correct protocol by contacting the booking channel to inform them about the relocation. The property also paid penalties for the relocation because we realize that it was an unforeseen and unrepairable maintenance issue that caused the displacement of several reservations that week. We are looking into developing a better execution plan for operations moving forward.
