Employees need to read up on ADA laws. We were told we had to stay on the 1st floor, "pet friendly" floor, and we had to accept a queen suite instead of the king suite we paid for. All i wanted was the price adjusted to the actual room we stayed in. No one wants to refund me that. I also paid a $50 fee that was suppose to be refund but has not. My fiances rights were violated and instead of making a fuss we agreed to the new room, the man that checked us in said Expedia would fix it. Two days and no call or email back about when Expedia said I would hear back in 1 day. Maybe we need to handle this another way. Besides this our stay was great, beautiful room, good brekfast, nice staff just not knowledgeable on service anmial rights.
