Clean sheets, small bathroom but suffices. Did find dead roly-poly bugs around the bed. Tv worked. All around ok quality. Little noise, close to beach.

Great Location
Great location. Room was clean and bed was conferrable no bugs but it had outdated equipment. Old night stand cabinets and dresser and also an older style tv that worked with lots of channels. Also had a old electric stove/ fridge and sink combo which did not work and should be thrown away. Did have a microwave and a small fridge that worked well. Therefore You get what you pay for for the price. Will stay again.

Paint on walls chipping and in need of re- paint. Holes in comforter on bed. Stained pillowcases with lipstick. Water pressure functionable. Toilet old but ok.A/C ok. TV works with a number of stations to select from.

New Sea Breeze Motel, Pleasantville,Nj. Not good!
been trying to reach hotel.com for a refund, with no success. Did not check in. The room at The New Sea Breeze motel in Pleasantville,Nj was a sham. It wasn't even in the motel edifice, but something that looked like a storage. The room was not just tiny but unclean.

Just needed to rest for few hours before getting back to the trip.It says, king size bed but expect it's not even queen.Maintained extremely poor.I hope they find a good maintenance guy cos I myself knows construction and everything is crooked/unleveled.I felt unsafe walking on the pathway,it seems it will collapse sooner At least,toilet bowl is cleaned. Thank you for that.

Cheap,quiet and close to the beach
The saying you get what you pay for is very true with this hotel. The Cons: I really have only one complaint, the room we stayed in 408# wasn’t the cleanest. It definitely needs a really good deep cleaning. Candy wrappers left from prior guests, hair on bed sheets and under the blanket. I layed on top of the bed spread. They charge a non refundable 10$ fee for the room key. The Pros: it was very quiet, cheap..108$ including taxes and fees. Last but not least… 10 minutes away from the beach/boardwalk. I’d stay again.

I’ve always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie, snowboarding, base jumping, fly boarding, and now I can add Survived The New Sea Breeze Motel to the list! This is the place you drive by and think “I wonder if anyone is dying in that motel at this moment?” The dirty panties that were left by the bed were the perfect accent to go along with the fear of catching dysentery from touching anything in the room. I see someone wrote “family owned” in the reviews….and I guess they’re right. The methed-out Indian guy at the front desk IS someone’s son. Seriously, I told him my name (a very easy name) 10x, showed him my license and told him “I see your list, I’m Number 6 on it”, and he still wasn’t quite grasping that my name was, in fact, the exact name on his list. His eyes were the size of saucers and this guy must’ve been on day 6 of a bender. The pics people are posting are cute, and not at all what this place looks like now. Also, they only show one part, which I think is the part where people actually live (yeah, it’s one of those places). The room we were in had one small window in the back which had some sort of bars on it. No windows anywhere else, it was like a jail cell. We brought our own sheets and pillows thank goodness because I think I would’ve just risked the DUI and left. Seriously, don’t stay here. It isn’t safe in any sense of the term.

Absolute dump
Literally a roach motel. Must have been a dozen dead roaches inside the drawers under the TV. Speaking of the TV situation, it lists cable but it’s antenna. Signals and stations are hit or miss. Also says free WiFi but no go on that either. The bathroom was disgusting with cigarette ashes, grime and who knows what else in the sink. Shower was filthy with soap scum and black mold. Hey, at least they equipped it with my own plunger and toilet bowl scrubber! The bed was disgusting too, blanket was covered in cigarette and crack pipe burns. The people next door had nice in their room and were giving mice traps instead of a different room. I booked 3 nights and bounced after 2. I wasn’t expecting it to be the Ritz Carlton but nobody should be subjected to those conditions.

Awful place the room smelled horrible. The sheets were dirty the pillows and the bathroom was not clean at all. They did not proved soup and they refuse to give you up your deposit and the people who were there do not speak great English it is hard to understand them.
