We stayed for four nights in a City View room, and everything—from the location to the service and the breakfast—was excellent. "The jacuzzi bathtub in the room was exquisite, kids loved watched tv in it and the harbour view is just breathtaking! However it is more for couples and I didn’t feel like it was a 5-star hotel. We stayed here as it was walking distance to Anpanman museum. "

"Great hotel. The room was nice but nothing too special. Big bathroom. Staff is super friendly! Self check in was easy but the staff helped out anyways. Shopping district is directly across the street and only a few minutes walk from the station. Tons of stores and shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant as well but didn’t try it. Looked good though. I would recommend staying here if you want to be as close as possible to the action without it being too busy in front of the hotel. ...

"Great hotel located in the Motomachidori arcade, only a few minutes walk to Motomachi station and harbour town. The staff were very accomodating and were very proficient in other languages, even using slang terms from my country"

"The rooms were a good size and even had a couch to sit on in them. The bathroom was small but clean and sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to food spots and the train station. It was a good location and would stay again if in Kobe."

"Close to the major station, so the location was very convenient. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Amenities are just and not too much with various stuff. Traveled with my family of 3 adults and they have a good sized room with 3 double size beds. Would choose this place again. "
