Overall our stay was excellent, very quiet place and safe, it is very close to el Centro, you can walk to every dining place or you can get food delivered within minutes. It has parking underground and was very spacious. The staff was the best, very friendly and always kept our room very clean as well and also offered laundry service very affordable. The only thing the rooms need is a fridge and a microwave. They don’t have any in any of the rooms.

Hidden Gem in a Beautiful City

This is not our first time staying at Hotel Casa Rubio. We first booked in April of 2022, when a group of 15 of us traveled to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday. It was a surprise, and we all booked rooms. Everyone was happy and comfortable, and we knew this would be our hotel in Atoto when we came to visit. After our initial trip, we have booked multiple times, but this is our first time doing a review. The accommodations are superior, and everyone who works there is kind, helpful, and respectful. We know many of them so well that it feels like we are staying with family. The room we typically reserve, with its balcony on the third floor, offers a breathtaking view of the main church and the city of Atotonilco. The beauty of the surroundings is matched by the sense of safety we feel. Whether we're walking from the plaza, mercado, or to our families' homes, the experience is always pleasant. We've strolled the streets from the centro back to the hotel at all hours of the day and night, always feeling secure and ready for a peaceful rest. As we usually rent a car, the convenience of a parking garage is significant. The fact that everything is securely locked at night allows us to come and go as we please, adding to our stay's overall ease and comfort. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful! Hotel Casa Rubio is a hidden gem for us, but the word has to get out about how wonderful it is.

Nice place to rest, great service

Excellent service in a lovely town. The AC is super strong (very American!) but the walls are a bit thin. Super clean and nice to be a couple of blocks away from all of the action.
