The hotel was amazing. It was in a great location and easily accessible for both shopping and transport with it being a 5 minute walk to Britomart. There are many great dining options around. The breakfast options where good and the staff was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We found the breakfast a good start for each day. The stay were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms whilst compact were clean and quiet and daily room service was maintained. Would we stay here again yes we would. The location was good also with easy access to city and sights.

This was my third time staying at HIE in Auckland , that should say it all. The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and super friendly. The entire facility is clean and that is at the top of my must-haves. Will always return here when passing through Auckland.
