건물전체가 호텔이기보다는 주상복합의 느낌이네요. 건물 위층만 호텔 룸으로 꾸민 느낌입니다. 방 컨디션은 아주 깔끔하고 안락했고 방 구조도 마음에 들었습니다. 확트인 전망도 좋았고, 큰 호텔같은 체계적인 서비스는 아니지만 필요한 사항에 대해 최선을 다해 대응하는 점도 마음에 들었습니다.

Place was great in terms of space for the room. But very warn. Miss and mold on the terrace. We wanted a terrace area to enjoy the skyline at night. But the seats and floor surface had mildue and mold growing. Chairs in the lounge all had dirty hand marks flooring was well stained. Tv did not have google tv functionality on it as advertised. We paid for two carpark spaces as our other guest were to arrive by their own vehicle but decided to bus into town. We were refused a refund for the second carpark. As they say the car parking operators don't offer refunds. Little redundant as the area we were to park in were specifically for hotel guests. Having to sign a no party cause is a bit silly. As the hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants. Coffee for the cafe in the lobby was good though.

The condition of the terrace, including the mildew and mold, is certainly not up to our standards. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused, as well as for the cleanliness issues with the lounge chairs and flooring. The lack of Google TV functionality as advertised is also regrettable.Regarding the parking situation, I understand your frustration about the refund policy. While we are limited by the policies of the car park operators, we will review this matter to improve guest satisfaction in the future. I also appreciate your feedback on the no-party clause and will consider your perspective.Your comments are valuable to us, and we will address these issues to enhance our guests' experience. We hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a better stay in the future.

It was disappointing waiting for a lift due to it being used for servicing. More communication would be great including menu scans in the room and better pillows. Overall though it was a lovely stay which we throughly enjoyed. Great location in the city and very helpful staff.

Property was old and dated. I’m not sure how well cleaned the property was as items were in the wrong areas and lack of simple things like extra toilet paper. For the price paid I feel like I was ripped off. Messages to property after went unresponded to. I would not stay here again.

The room was overall really nice-great view of the city, plenty of space, nice bedrooms, modern bathroom. The only complaints we had was we had booked a 2 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 king bed, but they only had 2 queens available. They did compensate us with free breakfasts which was nice. They don't provide room service automatically, but provide towels when asked. Great coffee shop downstairs and nice staff.

The property was clean and modern but there were carpet stains in the hallway and in the rooms. The couch in the living room also had stains.

Parking was a tad expensive but really handy. We had a 2 bedroom apartment nice size rooms and great views and nice balconies. We had the northern most room which was a bit noisy from the bars in Victoria Park market. Would happily stay again.

The apartment is extremely nice and spacious. It is in walking distance from city centre. The only negative thing was the noise from nearby bars and the street.

It's a rip-off hotel.
I booked a room for 3 people, so I checked before making the reservation if it was possible to issue a receipt divided into 3 equal amounts, and the answer was yes, so I made the reservation. We pay on site instead of paying in advance. Despite this, when I checked out, the receptionist said that they could not create a receipt right away, and that they would send it by email. The email was one receipt and was not divided into 3 receipts, and I ordered them to be separated, but it was not possible. Additionally, breakfast was included in the cost even though we had canceled. The reason from the hotel's side is that check-in is at 11 p.m., so there's no way you can eat breakfast that day, and check-out is at 3 a.m., so you also can't eat breakfast. It's a terrible "rip-off". I am writing this review because they did not provide me with a receipt as promised and did not charge me the correct cost.

If you are visting the CBD this hoterl is in a great location easy to get into the CBD with easy access to the motorway network. The rooms were really nice very large with all the ammenties however in our room there were a number of stains on both the carpet and sofa. Also on the balcony a number of the tiles were lose to the point of coming away from the floor which may be a trip hazard. The carpark down stairs was also an issue with the staff of the hotel and the other shopsparking in the reserved spaces or immediatley behind making it difficult to get out of the car park spots.

Our loading bay is reserved for contractors working onsite and guest drop-offs and acknowledge it can be a little tight. we always have the ability to move vehicles if needed. 写真とは異なる部屋でしたが、とてもきれいで快適でした。 バルコニーからの眺めも開放感があり素晴らしい。 パーティ禁止の制約あり。 しかし他の部屋でパーティをやっている部屋があり、騒がしかった。スタッフの方に伝えたら、すぐにその部屋に連絡し、騒音問題を解決してくれた。 また来たいです。
