"I’ve stayed here multiple times when in Memphis and can’t, say anything other than how amazing these people are. It almost feels like you are with family. Amazing customer service and the rooms are beautiful. Trust them to take care of you and your family."

"Great place! Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Only reason I don’t rate it 5 stars is because housekeeping was very pushy and knocked multiple times even though we told them no thank you after the first time, (a do not disturb sign was not provided). Also if you are traveling with pets, the pet fee was quite expensive. Overall really nice place, would stay again. "
