There is no pool, or breakfast. I was on a non smoking floor. Went out to get food n 2 ppl smoking in the hall with the window open (2nd story) elevator was about to break so used the steps the entire stay... not to mention thay wated 2 weeks to charge my account for the night i stayed.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Nastiest place I have ever stayed. Drug dealers living at hotel and doing drug deals in parking lot. Found condom wrappers, and drugs in my room. Staff was very rude. Burn holes and blood on sheets. Had to ask for and change my own sheets, and had to clean my own room. This place should be shut down.

Malísimo!!! La habitación sucia, el televisor no servía, el aire tenía los botones dañados, habían cucarachas, olor a humedad. No lo recomiendo jamás.

There was nothing unique there were roaches coming out wnen we got in the room Dont think I'll stay there agsin ,tried to call the office the phone didn't work in the room. Call on my cell phone no one answered.

This property needs a lot of work. It appears that this has become long term housing for families which is fine. However, that doesn’t lend itself to being a decent place for people passing through. There was a water leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, the television barely worked and it was just generally not clean.

This place had roaches mold the room I was supposed to get was dirty and the bed wasn’t made. They key card machine didn’t work. This place just sucked

Friendly staff was eager to accommodate. The A.C. in my room broke, the floor was wet in front of the A.C., the heat made the room uncomfortable. I was only staying for 2 nights, so i didn't request a new room.

Hard to locate. Bathtub had no plug. 2 lamps without bulbs, stains and tears on couch, over head lighting for shower not working. Water bugs and roaches crawling on walls, no hairdryer in bathroom. Will not stay there again.

No wifi, cigarette burn in the covers, I stayed 5 days and no one ever came and cleaned my room. Breakfast was terrible.

Not a pleasant room, a low budget experience that needs better cleaning and in need of repairs. Customer service was nice. Essentially, you get what you pay for.

THIS PLACE !
As we arrived to the room and I get my kids ready for a bath the water doesn’t work. We get moved to another room where the shower doesn’t work, no trash can, no towels.

Not so good. Nobody at the desk when I arrived. Water was not working for hours when I got into the room. No breakfast available and no coffee available afternoon. Only decaf coffee available in room. Fridge barely cool on coldest setting. Soft drink machine not working.

Inexpensive hotel.
Everything was fine. This hotel is tucked away behind another hotel so you have to search and hope a bit. Don’t expect anything fancy. They did have a fridge, microwave, and Kleenex! The room smelled nice and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

There was trash in the corner of the room even though it was verified that the room was cleaned. Front desk was able to accommodate switching to another room where the TV didn’t work.

Old run down property. Beds old and shower sprayed all over the bathroom because of faulty shower head.

Disgusting place, never again.
Would not stay here again. I do not recommend. Asked for non smoking, was marked as non smoking but had definitely been smoked in. Tiles in bathroom were loose, microwave was broken, missing wheels on desk chair, air conditioner mold on the side, paint peeling in bathrooms, etc. I could go on. I only stayed there because it was Masters week and it was the only one left available. Paid over $200 for the one night, completely disgusted. I did alert staff.. all they said was management has already been notified of it and that they would write it down and remind them, that was it. Just awful. Asked for a receipt, only they had was recycled paper, they got out the trash.

Very nice stay,
Nice stay during Masters Week. Rooms were adequate. Staff was excellent. We had a great time in Augusta. Rodeway was very close to the Masters front gate.

Room was a non-smoking room but smelled like cigarette smoke so bad that the staff had the window open trying to make it bearable. Bathroom was full of hair and the tiles in the floor were loose and a trip hazard. Very disappointing.

Won’t be staying again
The first room we were in we left cause there were stains on the sheets and there where baby roaches crawling on the bathroom floor the secon room was better no roaches or stains but their toilet would keep running of and on and the bed was not very comfortable. Won’t be staying there again. But the customer service was excellent.

The first room we were in would have been great if it weren't for the dirty bathroom. There was a loofah still in the bathtub, dead roaches around the toilet and one roll of toilet paper that was almost done. We got moved to another room after the first complaint and that was not much better, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was something red on a pillow case and the A/C did not work. We were very surprised on the quality of this hotel because we've had a better experience there before.

Nice hotel
It was pleasure staying at this location. Great staff and customer service. Nice and quiet conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this motel to everyone I know.
