“오슬로에서 베르겐 기차가 5시간지연되서 안그래도 피곤한데 체크인하자마자 룸이 누가썻던걸줘서 아주 화났습니다 리셉션에가서 컴플레인해서 룸바꿔준다고하더니 갑자기 다른마지막손님이와서 치워주겠다고…진짜 눈깔빠지는줄…it was so bad experience from comfort hotel in Bergen because when I check in for hotel it was dirty someone used!! There are water,beer etc also bed used, toilet used,, they didn’t check for room ,,,,must be everyday housekeeper need it!Name is comfort hotel but uncomfortable anyway!!There is non aircon!! Too hot room though !! Need fan or aircon for customer service!! ”
