Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again.

First of all, we loved the hotel. The rooftop pool was amazing and the location was perfect. The only surprise we had was that the second bedroom of our “two bedroom“ condo did not have a closet available nor was it really set up as a bedroom. Rather it was a Murphy bed with no night table so that was a little disconcerting. However, the condo was beautiful and well set up, communication was excellent and they ended up giving us complimentary late checkout. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo compex was very nice, and the staff was great. The valet service was excellent. The condo was spacious with a comfortable bed, and had almost everything we needed. It also was not right in the middle of downtown, so it was quiet. It was still well within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and the water walk was right behind the building. The easy access to the interstate was a plus as well. The management company of our particular unit was always available and responded quickly, although we didn't have any issues. The toilet paper holder fell off, so I just let them know. Our overall stay was lovely!

We had a great time exploring Austin and our stay at this property was the cherry on top. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Communication with our host was easy and they were so responsive. The location was perfect as the starting point and ending point to our day. A coffee shop in the lobby, a bodega around the corner, and Rainey St. was steps away. Loved watching the sunsets from the rooftop pool. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was outstanding. From the valet to the room it was wonderful. Heads up and be prepared to spend 40 a day for valet. If not you’re going to try to find somewhere to park and good luck on that.

My hubby, infant son and I were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our time here. The unit is stunning with beautiful views (we caught the sunrises every morning on the balcony), equipped with all basic kitchen essentials, coffee and creamers, towels/soap/shampoo, etc. We were able to request a pack and play for our son and the valet parking was quick and seamless. (Noting: there was always street parking available during the time of our visit but we preferred keeping the car in the garage.) and having the 24hr concierge/super responsive host made it all even more welcoming/accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough!
