The lobby area is beautiful and the breakfast is great. The room we were given smelled and the AC did not work. They did switch us right away. Front desk staff was really great. They say they have a restaurant and bar. Restaurant is stretching it a titch. Bar was okay. Probably will not stay there again.

The staff was very kind and professional. They spoke whenever they saw us and always checked to make sure things were okay. This was our first visit to Austin! Whenever I stay at a hotel, I'm cleaning anyway, however, some things in the bathroom needed some attention;other than this-no issues. We didn't partake in the breakfast. Jessi, Diamond, and there was another young lady that was the best. For Embassy's benefit, she worked the same shift as Diamond.

We did a one night stay here for Father’s Day and it was enjoyable. The room was clean, lots of towels and the breakfast was hot cooked and delicious. The pice was better than most for the location, I highly recommend staying here

All the staff were very polite and positive. There was a young maintenance guy walking the hall very cheerful and polite didn't catch his name, and a lady Chante at the front desk, You could tell she loved her job and was such a joy during check in. You don't find that so much with younger people these days. Over all the rooms and the hotel were very well maintained and clean and that will be my hotel of choice on my next work trip to Austin.
