The staff was SUPERB! The room was just ok. The door does not close securely, the desk was so wobbly we were afraid someone may get hurt, room smelled like the carpet had been there since the 1990s when people could smoke in the rooms and the tub obviously has seen better days. And for a kitchenette you’d expect a coffee maker in the room.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel due to location. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The towels were even soft! The building is older but modern and the location is great for downtown activities. Walking distance to Palmer Event center South Congress (SoCo) shopping district as well as food.
