Honestly, the staff and management are doing a great job here. Things were clean and orderly, pool was clean and maintained and the staff did a wonderful job. For a cheaper option hotel while traveling, I would stay here again 100%. Again, staff and management are doing a very good job.

Staff was wonderful! Location was great if you are going for night life. If you aren’t going for nightlife maybe a different location would be better because you do hear the club music pretty loud through the windows in your hotel room. But I did love staying here!

I enjoy this hotel every time I visit Austin. The price is lower than other hotels in the area. Austin hotel prices have soared in the last few years. Thankfully this hotel remains affordable and still maintains high quality.

Checking in had a long line. Was about a 15 minute wait which was frustrating. Staff was friendly which was a plus. Rooms were just ok, nothing fancy. The dissatisfaction came when they was no hot water to shower with. This was very disappointing. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and the amenities were fine. The only issue is navigating the property and parking. It’s not seamless, but not impossible to figure out either. Was not straightforward, which is the only reason for 4 stars.

The hotel wasn’t the most convenient as it felt like a maze getting from garage, lobby check in and to the room. The parking was $50 additional to the reservation which is incredibly expensive and should be included. The breakfast was okay nothing special cereal, juice, muffins bread, bagels, coffee & juice. The positive is that the hotel room was pretty clean. I probably wouldn’t stay here again as the price was expensive for the overall experience.
