One of the men behind the front desk charged me a $50 move in fee and part of that for a pet fee and when I went to check in for the 3rd night he tried to charge me again for a pet fee and said everyday is a $10 pet fee but never charged us the 2nd night. When my sister got on the phone with her boyfriend to ask for more money clearly upset but not speaking to him at all he felt a way about her tone and said we had to check out. I have a new born baby with no where else to go, I’ve already paid for my stay here and this man just got $50 out of me and tried to get more. He’s very ignorant and will try to take more from you pockets. Not to mention he told us he’ll waive the pet deposit but not the fee and when putting us out the hotel gave us $40 in cash for another room. $40 out of the $50 I was charged going to show he only needed that $10. He knew we were unaware of the pet policy and didn’t explain. Saying he wasn’t aware we had a dog when I paid him in cash for the deposit personally, if I have a pet the first night it’s common sense to think I’d have that same pet moving forward.

I liked how the hotel was a little hidden so it was away from the main roads which made the stay pretty quiet. Dining options was not a problem especially since when you first enter there was 2-3 places. It would have been less than 2-4 minutes walking. The staff were friendly and professional. Whenever we had to check out they were polite and even helped us out when our key wouldn't open our room. Inside the room was clean definitely a good amount of storage for 2-3 people. I did like how the fridge was bigger than a mini but smaller than a regular one. The closet had mirrors doors and inside an iron and ironing board. The room was a little small for 3 people when moving around but not too terrible where you can get uncomfortable. The motel was only >20 minutes away from the Moody Center and Downtown. It was affordable when going through the app. If one decides to stay a day or so last minute the price can go up a bit. Overall not a bad place to stay at.

Pretty much everything was great. Room was clean, property seemed to be well maintained. Only complaint was that the bathtub in our room was a little slick and that made showering a little worrisome.

You get what you pay for, the rooms are small and the bed is mildly uncomfortable, but the motel is relatively quiet, besides some idiot honking all night on our first night. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The front desk clerk brought me a brand new hairdryer when I said I did not have one in the room. The room was very clean, we did have to ask for extra bedding though due to the comforter being small. It was a fine stay for a two day adventure.

Coffee basically not provided. Some appliances in the kitchenette weren’t working. Parking lot and walkways had trash. No ice machine. Otherwise is was a quiet comfortable stay.

Everything was honestly really good until I sat down to take a dump in the morning and a MASSIVE cockroach ran out right in front of my feet. Got up and promptly left. Motel 6 leaves the light on so the roaches stay hidden I guess

After staying there for 4 nights the owner claimed there was a complaint that my husband was working on his bike in the parking lot. He said my husband was not welcome there and to leave and that he would refund that last nights stay. It did not happen. It’s very sad and disappointing that you would believe these properly owners over customers. I am still seeking resolution.
