Booked a studio suite and ended up on the 3rd floor next to the main road. Crazy noisy at night and in the morning coz the coffee shop is right there. Staff didn’t even bother to ask how the stay was, else this could have been a feedback at the front desk. The restaurant, Nido, was great as always, but never coming back to the hotel. Also, staff at the coffee shop was rude!

brand new and exceptionally clean, offering stunning views and a perfect location. However, I was disappointed by a "hidden" $35 daily amenity fee that felt like a sneaky addition to the bill. They mention it goes toward a "Roots" carbon-offset charity initiative, but it’s frustrating to have this tacked on unexpectedly. I wasn't able to dine at the on-site restaurant as it was fully booked, but be aware that it is quite pricey and formal—it really depends on the vibe you're looking for. Great stay, but keep an eye on your final folio.

Magical trip!

Amazing hotel. Perfect for an anniversary trip. Gym was great coffee shops was great people watching, morning walk on lady bird lake. Loved that my dog could hag out with us over breakfast!
