“Everything was fantastic. The customer service from arrival to departure and everything in between. The room was nicely remodeled for the price. It was so peaceful. Close to beautiful parks with great views of the lake as well as the river. Our dogs enjoyed themselves and felt comfortable and welcome. They were so calm as that was the vibe of the hotel. We will be returning September to stay with them again. Thank you!”

“When we got to our room, the door was wide open and there was a puddle of dog pee on the floor. We went back to ask for a different room and the person condemned us to another room that was completely filthy, full of flies, and had visible mold on the walls. We ended up leaving to find another hotel. When Expedia reached out to approve my refund, they denied giving me a refund. This place should be condemned.”
